- Fathom: a generous free plan for people with lots of video calls. Free includes unlimited recordings and transcriptions.
- Fireflies.ai: mixed-language teams on a budget. It has a free plan, Malay is on its official language list, and Pro is US$10/seat/month billed yearly. Test it on a real BM meeting first.
- tl;dv: teams that want a free plan and euro pricing. Paid plans start at €18/seat/month billed yearly. Check Malay support yourself before relying on it.
- Otter.ai: English-only meetings. The free Basic plan gives 300 minutes a month. Malay isn't on Otter's transcription language list.
- Notta: transcribing BM recordings and interviews. Malay is supported in standard transcription; the free plan's 120 minutes suit light use, so regular use needs Pro.
