Super Intelligence Malaysia (SIM) is an independent, bilingual directory of AI tools for Malaysians, run by SUPER INTELLIGENCE DIGITAL SOLUTION (SSM 202603276239 (003900837-U)). This page explains how we check tools, how our popularity ranking works, how paid placements are labelled and how to ask for a correction.
How we check tools
Every tool page is based on the vendor's own official sources: its website, pricing page, help centre or official app-store listing. Each tool page links to the source we used for its price and shows the date we last checked it (“Checked on”). When a detail is not on an official source, we say “not confirmed” instead of guessing. Vendors change prices and plans often, so always confirm on the vendor's own site before you sign up or pay.
Bahasa Melayu support
We mark Bahasa Melayu as supported (✓) only when the vendor's own official site or documentation lists Malay. A vendor's email, screenshots or a third-party review is not enough. If we cannot confirm it on an official source, the tool page says “not confirmed”.
The Top 10 and other rankings
The homepage Top 10 ranks AI-native tools by global web popularity, using the public Tranco list of top websites, and is refreshed weekly. Category pages sort by the same popularity data unless you pick another sort order. Nobody can pay to enter, move up or stay in the Top 10 or any other list.
Paid placements never change our editorial work
Businesses can buy a Featured Listing, Category Sponsor, Homepage Sponsor, Verified Listing or Comparison-page Sponsor. Paying never changes the order of tools in any list or category, the homepage Top 10, a tool's “Checked on” date, or what a tool page says about price and Bahasa Melayu support. Paying does not skip review either: a tool still has to meet our listing rules. The paid Verified Listing is a separate, labelled product for the vendor; it does not replace or change our own check, which every listed tool gets for free.
How paid items are labelled
Every paid placement carries the label “Ditaja / Sponsored”, and its links carry the rel=sponsored tag for search engines. A Featured badge is shown on the tool's existing card and does not move it. The healthcare, education and trading categories take no featured or category sponsors, and the homepage sponsor slot is not open to clinics or health brands. Basic listings are free and are reviewed in the same way as every other tool.
Health, money and legal topics
SIM is general guidance only. It is not medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and listing a tool is not an endorsement. Pages for healthcare staff are reference information for professionals, and any AI output must be checked against official sources. We do not make health claims about any tool. Corrections
If something on SIM is wrong or out of date, such as a price, a feature, Bahasa Melayu support or a broken link, email ask@superai.com.my with the page link and, if you can, the vendor's official source. We check it against the vendor's official site, and when a change is confirmed we update the page and its check date.
