Who we are
SUPER INTELLIGENCE DIGITAL SOLUTION, a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM 202603276239 (003900837-U)), based in Ampang, Selangor. We run Super Intelligence Malaysia (SIM) at superai.com.my. Contact: ask@superai.com.my. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Browsing the site
You can read SIM without an account and without giving us any personal data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own. Your browser stores a few small settings on your own device (local storage): your language choice (BM or English), whether you have closed or used the newsletter pop-up, and whether you have closed the “Install app” banner, so they do not keep appearing. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
The SIM app on your phone
So that SIM can work as an app on your phone (with or without installing it from Add to Home Screen or Install app), your browser keeps a copy of some pages on your device so they open without internet: the beginner guide, the small-business guide, the AI prompts pages and the prompts list, the install page, and the files they need (such as the app script, icons and the search index), plus images you have already viewed. It also keeps the small settings described above, including whether you closed the “Install app” banner. All of this stays on your phone and nothing is sent anywhere. The app does not use push notifications and adds no tracking. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. See how to install the app.
Visitor statistics (GoatCounter)
We count visits with GoatCounter, a cookieless analytics service. It records totals such as the page visited, the referring site, browser and system type, screen width, language and country. GoatCounter states that it does not store IP addresses, the full browser identifier or any tracking ID, and does not store anything in your browser. We use these totals only to see which pages are useful.
Newsletter (Brevo)
If you subscribe to our daily AI tips, the email address you enter, and your consent, are sent to Brevo, the email service we use to store the list and send the emails. We use your email only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you. Brevo may store data outside Malaysia under its own privacy policy.
Sponsor payments (Stripe)
Paid placements are paid through Stripe payment links. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and go to Stripe, not to us. We receive what Stripe shares with merchants, such as your name, email address, the amount and the payment status, and we use it to deliver and invoice the placement. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy and may do so outside Malaysia.
When you email us or use the Submit form
The Submit form opens your own email app with a ready-made message; nothing is sent until you press send. When you email us (for example to ask@superai.com.my or sponsor@superai.com.my), we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it to reply and to review your tool. Our email is hosted by Zoho.
Hosting (Surge)
The site is hosted on Surge. Like any web host, its servers process technical data such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the pages, under Surge's own terms.
Links to other sites
Tool pages link to vendors' own websites. Once you leave SIM, the other site's privacy policy applies.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, to run the service, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails and submissions: as long as needed to handle them. Payment and invoice records: as long as Malaysian tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, and ask us to stop sending you direct marketing such as the newsletter. Email ask@superai.com.my and we will reply as soon as we can. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any email.
Changes
If we start collecting anything new, we will update this page and the date at the top before we do.
